Nomad chef Karin Gaasterland, known for her popular restaurant Balthazar's Kitchen, which she opened in the nineties, started a new adventure after two decades: Cuisine Carine, a restaurant without a fixed venue. Her cuisine knows no boundaries, drawing inspiration from diverse ingredients, cultures, and, above all, the people she encounters worldwide.
